About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's growing team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects, including 5-star hotel developments and new build residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility and viability assessments to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with architects and technical designers to develop project plans and specifications.
- Manage consultants and contractors through planning and construction phases.
- Develop and drive project programmes and critical paths to ensure timely completion.
- Manage client expectations and ensure compliance with project briefs and employers' requirements.
- Work with the Quantity Surveyor to produce initial cost plans and manage tender processes.
- Review and contribute to building design from concept to construction documentation stages.
- Negotiate and procure main and sub-contractors.
- Manage design teams to maintain momentum and meet programme milestones.
- Obtain statutory approvals and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management processes through RIBA stages 1 to 6.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- RICS, RIBA, MCIOB, or similar qualification preferred.
