Coldstore Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coldstore Operative. As a key member of our frozen food production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of frozen orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer orders are accurately picked and placed in the corresponding cage ready for the next morning.
- Pick orders with zero mistakes, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
- Improve efficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Assist the office team as needed, providing support and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
- Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems to the relevant authorities.
- Evidence of commitment and stability, with good attendance and timekeeping.
- Numerate and literate, with basic secondary education.
- Desirable: Health & Safety training and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
