We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively identify qualified leads through effective outreach and engagement.
- Conduct cold calls and actively follow up on leads generated from various marketing efforts.
- Educate and nurture prospects until they are ready for hand-off to the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine sales approach and strategies.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and/or German in addition to English is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Sales Automation tools, such as Outreach.
- A competitive salary of £30-£35k based on experience.
