Clinical Lead GP Opportunity at Operose Health
Operose Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to take on the role of Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious GP to lead and manage our practice, working in partnership with the Practice Manager to improve performance and deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Practice Manager to achieve all CQC, local, and contracted requirements
- Developing and implementing best practice care, in partnership with the wider corporate team
- Line managing clinicians, including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and AHPs, and recruiting team members using AT Medics recruitment support
- Investigating and addressing SEAs and incidents, and establishing a strong safety culture
- Thinking innovatively about the future of healthcare, and how to provide care in line with the GP Forward View and 10 Year Plan
The Clinical Lead will be expected to work flexibly, providing leadership duties including management sessions. They will also be responsible for leading on key disease areas, monitoring trends in the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and developing appropriate healthcare services for our diverse patient list.
Closely supported by the clinical and management teams, the post holder will act as the Clinical Lead within the practice, but will also be part of a larger clinical team across a network of practices.
