About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Solace Women's Aid. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies that align with our mission to end the harm caused by gender-based violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of income generation, public affairs, partnerships, and communications teams
  • Develop and report on the annual income generation budget
  • Foster service user involvement across all areas of work
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and health and safety legislation
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working at a senior level in a similar role
  • Experience in income generation
  • Experience of leadership and management at this level
