Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of resident queries and issues.
- Conduct regular tenancy audits and provide advice to residents on tenancy-related matters.
- Respond to complaints and escalate issues to relevant authorities as necessary.
- Collaborate with other agencies to resolve anti-social behaviour cases and provide support to residents.
- Represent the company at multi-agency meetings and maintain strong relationships with residents and local stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ability to use complex databases and systems.
