Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure the efficient flow of materials and products within the facility.
  • Report any discrepancies or non-conforming items to the Compliance and Quality Manager.
  • Issue materials to internal work orders, utilizing CNC Saw for any necessary cutting.
  • Pick and pack items for dispatch according to the daily schedule.
  • Coordinate with couriers through an online portal to arrange collections.
  • Conduct local deliveries using company transport.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a CNC machining or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and track inventory.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills; experience with Javelin ERP software is advantageous.
  • Capability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, along with managing equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
