Job Role:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our enthusiastic and hard-working team as a Learning Manager to support our Mathematics Department in delivering teaching and learning. The successful applicant will have a commitment to working to support the success of all young people and a willingness to engage fully in continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes during short-term absence of teachers due to professional development activities, primarily in Mathematics, but also in other subjects.
  • Providing technical and administrative support to the Mathematics Department, both in lessons and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Learning Manager or in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference to students.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
