Practice Nurse with a View to Leadership

We are working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking GP surgery in Bicester/North Oxford, seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team with a view to becoming a Nurse Manager.
About the RoleThis is a superb opportunity to join a well-established and respected team that is supportive of staff progression and development. The practice requires someone with Primary Care experience, comfortable with routine Practice Nurse responsibilities, as well as Chronic Disease Management experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team and represent the team in meetings
- Work closely with managers and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality care
- Benefit from a supportive and long-standing team around you
- Be experienced with routine practice nurse duties and experience with LTCs
The surgery is a very forward-thinking GP practice with traditional values, boasting a superb staff retention rate and a very highly regarded reputation within the local community. They are very supportive of progression and development opportunities and work with the Emis Web computer system.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,600 per annum DOE, plus NHS pension, 5 weeks annual leave, Bank Holidays, Indemnity, and Employee Assistance Program.
