About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting with daily living tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need to be compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. While previous social care experience is not necessary, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
