The Role:

As a Lead Creative Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social creativity at NewGen. We believe brands must grow from communities upwards, and we're seeking a passionate creative who thinks social and creator-first while understanding the broader brand picture.

Reporting to our ECD, Katy Sumption, you'll lead creative projects, client presentations, and develop showcase campaigns that redefine best-in-class social creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize innovative social-first campaigns that deliver exceptional creativity for our clients, transcending platforms.
  • Collaborate with the editorial social team to execute campaign creative for optimal performance across channels.
  • Mentor and upskill junior team members in developing compelling creative campaigns.
  • Work closely with the studio, design, and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed at the highest standard.
  • Present captivating work to clients, effectively selling creative solutions that align with brand objectives while pushing boundaries.
  • Infuse a positive and proactive energy into the team, inspiring creativity agency-wide.
  • Lead creative workshops across the agency to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in a creative agency environment.
  • A stellar portfolio showcasing impactful social-first work for prominent brands.
