Position Overview
In this role, you will oversee the thorough upkeep and sanitation of assigned communal areas, both inside and outside of our properties. Responsibilities may also include landscaping tasks at certain locations. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, health, and security of the estates you manage, addressing issues such as illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, and environmental disturbances. Collaboration with law enforcement, neighborhood representatives, and community safety teams may be required.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer engagement
- Proven experience in property maintenance and cleaning
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols relevant to property management
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, utilizing mobile management tools (training provided)
- Skilled in problem-solving and managing difficult situations
- Comfortable working independently and demonstrating high self-motivation
- Experience collaborating with subcontractors when necessary
- A valid driving license is preferred
