About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad scope of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client service and demonstrate a tailor-made, proactive, and commercial approach to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting Residential Property matters.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
