We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Search Consultancy. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen operation.

Our kitchen team is passionate about producing high-quality food using seasonal ingredients and local suppliers whenever possible. We believe in cooking food that is packed full of flavour and we are looking for a Senior Chef De Partie who shares our passion and commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-profile pub, hotel, or restaurant setting and will have a strong track record of producing high-quality food. However, we are also open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation
  • Produce high-quality food using seasonal ingredients and local suppliers
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
