Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, creating memorable customer experiences, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Excellence: Support core operations, including inventory management, audits, and banking, to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inspire Your Team: Lead by example, delivering top-notch customer service and setting high standards for the team.
  • Customer Connection: Create a premium, inclusive shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Leadership: Motivate and guide the team in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and consistency in store operations.
  • Presentation: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and implement seasonal campaigns to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Team Management: Demonstrate strong team management and coaching skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about helping customers find the perfect products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Team-Oriented: Foster a team-oriented mindset, promoting store and team growth through collaboration and open communication.
