Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
