About the Role

As an Associate Director, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects for private and public clients. You'll manage and drive the team to deliver business transformation and controls & performance advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and optimization of PMO, integrated controls & performance, functional set-up, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Develop and manage the design of target operating models and organizational design in the context of capital infrastructure delivery businesses, integrated controls & performance functions, PMO set-ups, or digital transformation.
  • Manage the delivery of workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior stakeholders.
  • Deploy and tailor established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems to suit specific circumstances and contribute to their continuous improvement and development.
  • Drive key activities within the Programme Advisory team, including internal development of transformation products and approaches.
  • Contribute to business generation activities such as bids, proposals, and work closely with senior management and the wider Turner & Townsend team.

Requirements

  • Extensive industry experience, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working on major capital projects/programmes in leading positions covering one or more roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience delivering and managing complex business transformation programmes in the construction industry.
  • Experience in strategy and set-up of target operating models and organizational design in the context of capital infrastructure delivery businesses, integrated controls & performance functions, or PMO set-ups.
  • Experience with supporting capability/maturity assessments across the capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • Experience with supporting the development of controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions used to create a 'one version of the truth' and enable client leadership teams to make informed decision-making based on actionable intelligence.
  • Computer literacy in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools, online whiteboarding tools, team collaboration tools, and specialist controls & performance software tools.
