About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business, ensuring transparency and stability.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Managing Director to drive the business forward, focusing on profitability, legacy, and future growth.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts for services and bolster relationships with clients.
- International Operations: Handle international operations across five currencies.
- Team Leadership: Lead the finance admin team, enhance systems and processes, and oversee the adoption of new tools like Synergist.
- Compliance and Risk: Take ownership of ISO accreditation, data security, and HR processes, including the implementation of SAGE HR.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with our outsourced financial platforms.
- Financial Reporting: Take ownership of management accounts, month end and variance analysis.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, plus private healthcare, 25 days holiday, and a learning and development budget.
