We operate an 8-bed facility dedicated to adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Our residents' environment is centered around engaging activities and ensuring enjoyment, thus a positive attitude and readiness to participate in various outings such as bowling, swimming, pub visits, walks, and shopping are essential.
The core philosophy of our service revolves around prioritizing the needs of our residents and motivating them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. The individual requirements of our clients drive our operations, making it crucial to have like-minded support staff in this position.
