About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Macro's facilities management business. This includes creating and implementing integrated campaign plans, conducting market research, and analyzing sector trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote Macro and its services.

Requirements

  • Degree standard of education, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Understanding of professional services and/or the FM industry.
  • Market research, sector analysis, and execution of plans.
  • Creation and implementation of integrated campaign plans.
  • Budgeting and planning skills and knowledge.
  • An international mindset.
