We expect you to maintain high performance standards and possess strong keyboard and parts interpretation skills, ideally acquired from previous experience in a franchised automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster effective communication with both internal and external customersProcess Vehicle Health Checks, trade inquiries, orders, and parts pricing information, including identifying and pre-picking partsOversee the checking in and booking of parts proceduresManage telephone and customer orders efficientlyRequired Skills and Experience:
