Position Summary:
- Function as an independent clinical expert within a Collaborative Care Team (CCT)
- Deliver psychotherapeutically grounded evaluations and interventions to Clients
- Facilitate both individual and group art therapy sessions for adults with developmental disabilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow art therapists within the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, assess, execute, and review art therapy programs
- Ensure a secure environment and uphold confidentiality for optimal practice
- Advance Art Therapy within the Creative Therapies Division
- Maintain professional integrity and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Strong academic background in art or a related field
- Registered Art Therapist/Psychotherapist (HCPC)
- Experience in clinical practice with individuals and groups

- Application of advanced expertise in art therapy assessment and evaluation
Preferred:
- Additional relevant academic and specialized training/qualifications
- Membership in the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT)
- Experience in presenting clinical work through seminars or publications
- Knowledge and experience in research methodologies
- Art Therapy experience with diverse client populations in a healthcare setting
