Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for interior design projects, from conceptual design to technical design and implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure that all design projects are completed to the highest standard.
- Manage and coordinate the design process, including project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and maintain expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design services.
- 6-7+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on the D&B workplace sector.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in design software and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their best work.
