About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley House. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support to individuals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes mental health recovery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
