The Financial Solutions Consultant is a pivotal Pre-Sales position that requires understanding client challenges, gathering specifications, and delivering technical insights to bolster the sales process at Workiva. This role encompasses executing product showcases, crafting illustrative solutions, and formulating proof of concepts to demonstrate the advantages of Workiva's platform.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with Banking, Insurance, and Investment organizations within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will become part of a high-achieving team and engage with intricate Financial Institutions on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify their requirements and devise solutions utilizing Workiva products
- Consult with clients to comprehend their challenges and specifications
- Develop tailored demonstration solutions and perform process evaluations
- Support the creation of new use cases and oversee project management for significant clients
- Gather feedback and insights from client interactions
- Assist the sales team in formulating account strategies and relay insights to Product Marketing
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Consulting for financial banking or investment software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Financial Services, Bank Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance
- Familiarity with data management systems and business intelligence tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and client-facing presentation experience
