Customer Support Specialist at Office Angels

In this essential position, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, processing requests, and delivering administrative assistance to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Provide exceptional telephone support to incoming calls.
  • Oversee warranty management processes.
  • Establish trust and rapport to effectively resolve issues and enhance client experiences.
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 37 hours per week, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The early finish on Friday is rotated among team members.

We are seeking a personable, approachable, and experienced administrative professional who can effectively balance administrative responsibilities with customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support or administration, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong team orientation and a positive work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
