Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to enhance their team. This role is essential in ensuring that customer needs are met with the utmost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries, claims, requests, and concerns regarding products and services.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and compile relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in gathering information for potential claims and support the claims process.
  • Utilize the Transport Management System effectively to manage logistics.
  • Coordinate the returns process for various product categories, collaborating with other sites as necessary.
  • Resolve operational issues related to deliveries, collections, returns, discrepancies, and rejections.
  • Ensure claims are completed within specified timelines.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (approximately three weekends per month, with a weekday off in lieu).
Working Hours

Weekday shifts are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, while weekend hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
