Position Overview
The Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Clearpay in the UK. This position is essential for driving sustainable growth through strategic insights, comprehensive financial assessments, and informed decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing high-impact projects that necessitate cross-departmental collaboration and analytical expertise
- Transforming data into actionable insights and providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Assisting in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for various teams
- Presenting performance metrics and trends to senior leadership within the UK and Cash App
- Conducting ad-hoc financial evaluations to facilitate business decisions
- Working alongside the Finance & Strategy team to enhance processes continuously
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a related area (experience in FinTech is advantageous)
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a similar discipline
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in financial modeling and SQL
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible balance between remote and in-office work.
