Freightserve is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Day Shift Export AOG Agent. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in air export and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of AOG shipments, from start to finish
  • Prepare and complete export documentation, including MAWB's and HAWB's
  • Process customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with airlines and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics
  • Handle pre-alerts and quotes in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in air export
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Good time keeping and attendance record
  • Valid driver's license (ideally)
