About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Havencare Homes and Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other support needs.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with our service users and their families. You will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and accessing the community, as well as promoting independence and choice.

About the St. Austell Role

This role is diverse and requires someone who can provide support and care to various individuals throughout their working day. You will be working in a Supported Living environment, providing 1:1 support to individuals in their own flats, as well as supporting them in a shared support hub.

Each person has their own unique needs and requirements, and you will be responsible for providing tailored support to meet these needs. You will also be required to work with individuals who have complex needs, providing support with personal care, medication administration, and accessing the community.

About the Newquay Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Newquay, working with an individual who requires support with daily living tasks, personal care, and accessing the community. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to this individual, as well as supporting them in a shared support hub.

This role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with our service users and their families. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to meet the individual's needs, as well as promoting independence and choice.
