Position Overview:

Are you a skilled Early Years Support Assistant or Nursery Practitioner seeking a rewarding role?

Do you possess experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?


Tradewind Recruitment is currently in search of a qualified and committed professional to join a school, focusing on their reception class and providing support to children with SEN.

Role Details:

This is a full-time position, requiring commitment for five days a week. The daily remuneration for this role ranges from £85 to £95.


As a Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to aid the classroom teacher in fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for young learners.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of interactive lessons.
  • Providing individualized support for children with SEN.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and organized classroom environment.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal applicant will have a robust background in early childhood education and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.


Requirements include:

  • NVQ Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience working with Early Years children.
  • SEN experience is advantageous.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
