We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead our Soft Facilities Management and Dual Use contract management. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and monitoring complex and medium- to high-value contracts to meet customer requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee project teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Line manage, mentor, motivate, and support the growth and development of our Caretaking and Premises team and Grounds Maintenance Contract team
