Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
Duration: Interim
Rate: £250 - £300 per day
Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Interim Pensions Manager to oversee the administration of employee pensions in accordance with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert interpretation of pension regulations and associated legislation to guide pension administration activities.
- Advice and Support: Offer guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on regulatory matters.
- Pension Payments: Oversee the accurate calculation of all pension payments, including retirements, transfers, and death benefits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the pension's unit.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate reports on pension administration activities and performance to senior management.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all pension-related transactions and activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advisors, and scheme members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Leadership: Line manage Pension Officers and Remedy Pension Officer, providing direction and leadership, proactively managing performance, setting clear and stretching objectives, providing regular and constructive feedback, training and development, and timely PDRs.
- Deputising: Deputise for the Senior Payroll, Pensions and Systems Lead in their absence.
