Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development of trade-tagging and factor-based attribution methodologies.
Essential Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of fixed income products within the buy-side environment.
- Advanced expertise in fixed income attribution techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg PORT and GRM systems.
- Proven experience working alongside portfolio management and risk teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with proprietary fixed income attribution platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
Role Overview: As a Fixed Income Attribution Specialist, you will be an integral part of an 8-member team focused on the enhancement of the company's proprietary fixed income attribution system. Your primary role will involve collaborating with the engineering manager and credit analyst team to improve the existing product roadmap. This will include advancing the trade-tagging product for data generation and refining the factor-based attribution system. A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve product management, while a smaller portion will focus on data quality initiatives with Bloomberg.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your fixed income attribution knowledge in collaboration with technology, portfolio management, risk, research, and analytics. Join a high-performing team known for its regular product releases and strong industry reputation.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of £100k - £125k, complemented by a 20% bonus and a 10% pension contribution.
