Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to work in our Petersfield kitchen. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals to our high standards. If you're passionate about food, have a positive attitude, and are a team player, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals to our menu specifications
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer leaves happy

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
