About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Outlet Store in Swindon. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering commercial and operational excellence, and ensuring a personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term store goals and strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and sales promotions
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • Passion for luxury retail and a strong understanding of the premium market
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
