About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our client’s dynamic architectural practice in Leeds. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including leisure, commercial, retail, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Arb registered / RIBA chartered
  2. Several years of post Part 3 experience in a UK architectural practice
  3. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Vectorworks
  4. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  5. Experience working on commercial and retail projects of varying scales
  6. Ability to produce detailed drawings and specifications
  7. Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
  8. Excellent technical abilities
  9. Job running experience
  10. Attentiveness to detail
  11. Design flair and creativity
  12. Passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
  13. Keen to continue professional development
  14. Input to company growth
  15. Experience working across project life span
  16. Strong portfolio
  17. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  18. Live locally to the Leeds area
