Project Architect Opportunity

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Architect to join our client's dynamic architectural practice in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced architect to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as leisure, commercial, retail, and residential.

About the Role:

  • Arb registered / RIBA chartered
  • Several years of post Part 3 experience in a UK architectural practice
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Vectorworks
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working on commercial and retail projects of varying scales
  • Ability to produce detailed drawings and specifications
  • Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Job running experience
  • Attentiveness to detail
  • Design flair and creativity
  • Passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
  • Keen to continue professional development
  • Input to company growth
  • Experience working across project life span
  • Strong portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Live locally to the Leeds area
