Key Responsibilities- Develop and review care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
- Assist with personal and intimate care, including monitoring nutritional needs and supporting mental and physical activities
- Liaise with health professionals as needed and maintain professional communication with visitors
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and participate in staff meetings
- Work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings, to ensure 24/7 care coverage
- Hold or be working towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care
- Basic computer literacy skills
- A respect for Christian worship and the ability to facilitate service users' attendance at worship
