About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist to join our team at Medivet Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Maintenance: Create, update, and archive/deletion processes for all master data, including vendors, customers, and branches.
  • Data Validation: Prepare and validate data for mass updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Support the design, testing, and end-user training/communication of new processes to enhance data management.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively identify master data issues and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide support to the wider finance team and analyze and troubleshoot payment run errors from a master data perspective.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in master data maintenance with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • English is essential, any second European language would be useful.
  • Strong technological system skills and computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
