We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents referred to our CAMHS service. This will involve working with young people, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children and adolescents, using a range of assessment tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing on evidence-based psychological models and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to children and families.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of a psychologically informed framework of care for children and families.
- Undertake risk assessments and provide advice on psychological aspects of risk management.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist with experience of working with children and adolescents. They will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
