Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Assistant to join our team at a lovely school in Littlehampton. The successful candidate will work in a Year 3-4 mixed class, providing individualized support to students with additional needs, including Autism and Dyslexia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general TA duties and 1-1 support to students with special educational needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Support students in developing their self-esteem and encouraging them to maximize their achievement and development
Requirements:
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to purchase one
  • Good understanding of the current Primary curriculum in UK schools
  • Experience in supporting students with special educational needs
Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rate of £90 (dependent on experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
