Working Hours: Part time available - nights - 24 hour contract.

About the Role

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team at Homefield House. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for assisting our service users with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity, and providing emotional support when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Assist service users with washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Support service users with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
