The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people who are homeless and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services. You will be responsible for providing informal support to clients, responding to incoming calls, and managing clients and their visitors within the building.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the service and surrounding areas, carrying out regular visual checks and fire checks, and performing other tasks as directed by staff. You will be expected to work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and policy and procedure.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides intensive one-to-one support to help our clients achieve their goals. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service and to provide a positive and supportive environment for our clients.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people who are homeless and who has a commitment to delivering high-quality support services. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is looking for a rewarding career, then we would like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide informal support to clients
  • Respond to incoming calls

  • Good IT and keyboard skills
