Talent Acquisition Specialist FTC

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performing talent acquisition strategy that drives business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent attraction plan to identify and recruit top talent across the UK
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Design and deliver effective recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
