Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

At Penrose Court Care Home, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and medical needs
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly
