Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in supporting older people to live their lives their way.
About the Role:This part-time role involves providing care and support to adults living with dementia and their families in Lancashire. As a Care Assistant, you will work as part of a committed team to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting independence and dignity for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care and support to older people, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care and support.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our service users.
