SUMMARY

Facilitating the deployment of personnel to various onshore and offshore challenging environments globally. Overseeing the complete execution phase of client projects, serving as the primary liaison for client stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage client accounts at the project level, which includes individual and client contract oversight, developing and sustaining contract management strategies, and aiding in the negotiation of new client agreements and renewals.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for field associates and client stakeholders involved in assigned projects. Handle daily inquiries, escalating issues to senior colleagues or other departments when necessary.
  • Employ exceptional organizational, personnel management, time management, and problem-solving abilities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Oversee all tasks related to the implementation and execution of projects, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Visit client locations to initiate projects, managing all aspects of project kick-offs, including organizing client meetings.
  • Conduct field associate management processes: ensure compliance during deployment, maintain updated field associate records with current certifications and qualifications; manage (and conduct when necessary) onboarding for new field associates and provide essential project information.
  • Monitor daily project operations, report on profitability and performance, and suggest actionable enhancements when required.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve any potential or actual issues, challenges, risks, or additional project information that could affect the project, client, or the organization.
  • Provide innovative solutions to unforeseen or unique challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Accountable for resource requirements, collaborating directly with the Talent team to ensure accurate and timely resource solutions for all projects.
  • Negotiate and maintain cost-effective relationships with global project delivery partners.
  • Create, communicate, and uphold risk mitigation documentation, including risk assessments.
  • Conduct and manage outcomes of project-level audits, both horizontal and vertical.
  • Lead special internal projects, either independently or as part of a team, such as efficiency and optimization initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by your line manager that align with the role.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the oil and gas, renewables, offshore, recruitment, or security risk management sectors.
  • Understanding of commercial metrics and financial management principles.
  • Education in project management execution (Prince 2, APM, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
  • Mathematics education to Diploma (US)/GCSE (UK) or equivalent level.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in project management and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial metrics (margins, costs, projections, etc.).
  • Time management skills - planning and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • A self-starter with strong and demonstrable negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and comprehend information and provide solutions to complex challenges on short notice.
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A solid understanding of risk and mitigation strategies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This role is based in the UK but covers operations in the United States and the western hemisphere, requiring individuals to work during US hours.
  • Travel (potentially frequent) both nationally and internationally to visit client offices and/or work locations may be required.
  • Regular presence in the organization's offices is required (minimum of 3 times a week), or as needed by the business at the request of senior managers.
  • May require working late hours and/or weekends to ensure the successful delivery of often urgent, complex tasks.
  • Potential to undertake work that may be uncomfortable in nature, managing projects involving critically ill or injured patients in challenging environments.
