As a Venture-Capital-backed organization, we leverage DeepTech AI to enhance our innovative SaaS-based algorithms, which are designed to learn, memorize, and accurately forecast the valuation and risk levels of various assets by mimicking human decision-making processes through extensive data analysis.

Role Overview:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and auditing of AI-generated Hybrid RICS valuation reports. A comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly concerning RICS Red Book guidelines, is essential.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing both on-site and desktop property valuation reports.
  • Familiarity with the UK Residential market, particularly in major cities such as London, Manchester, and Birmingham.
  • Knowledge of the UK mortgage lending landscape is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in commercial property valuations.
  • A background in start-ups or a keen interest in the FinTech/PropTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor AI-generated valuation outputs in relation to market conditions and various data sources.
- Analyze and report on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
- Participate in a hybrid work model (City of London) with an emphasis on collaborative on-site engagement.
