Salary: £50k-£85k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement algorithmic trading strategies focused on digital assets.
- Analyze market trends, pinpoint opportunities, and execute trades effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance algorithms and boost performance.
- Mitigate risk through strategic position sizing and adherence to compliance standards.
- Conduct thorough research to guide trading choices and technology integration.
- Hedge trading positions in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Be prepared for occasional weekend work and align with US trading hours.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in algorithm development.
- Strong analytical capabilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in algorithmic trading or software development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with options markets in FX, Equities, Commodities, or Cryptocurrencies.
